An article in Spanish about small wind power in Patagonia has been published by Luciana of WE member organization 500rpm. She also writes for the Argentine national newspaper “La Nacion”. Luciana did a fantastic job of showcasing the WEPatagonia2016 conference and Wind Empowerment’s impact in energy for development. An English review of the conference will be published soon!
