We are a team that has been working since 2010 on the design and manufacture of low-power wind turbines, and on the sizing and optimization of hybrid wind-solar-generator-storage systems.
The Eolocal wind turbine design is based on that of Hugh Piggott, a benchmark in low-power wind energy worldwide, who developed a product capable of being produced by hand and with locally available materials. Eolocal industrialized this model, improving its performance and design, maintaining the simplicity and robustness of the original.
