This paper presents the design and programming issues involved in the production of a meteorological front-end data transmission unit oriented for use with a Small Wind Turbine-Power Curve Evaluation System (SWT-PCES), following the guidelines of IEC 61400-12-1 annex H. Preliminary data from systems installed in Chubut is also shown.
