WEPatagonia2016 will be a highly participatory event, structured around our 6 Working Groups. Aside from the Working Group Kickstarter Project Summaries, there will be few Powerpoint presentations as the remainder of these sessions will revolve around small group discussions.
We hope that all WEPatagonia2016 participants will produce a poster, as this will be the primary opportunity to showcase your work.
If you would like use to print your poster here in Argentina (for free!), please send it as an .ODT/.PPTX and as a .PDF to WEPatagonia2016@gmail.com by 23rd October 2016.
If you would prefer to print your poster yourself or if you already have a poster from another event that you would like to bring along, please let us know by 23rd October 2016.
Cant make it to WEPatagonia2016 in person? You are still welcome to send in a poster and we will print it for you. We and the rest of the participants want to know what you have been up to!
Posters will be on display all week for all participants to view during coffee/lunch breaks and a dedicated poster session is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
We have produced three types of template, the choice of which to use is yours. You can modify the template in whatever way you see fit and if you you are welcome to send us as many posters as you want. In fact, if you don’t want to use the template at all, that’s fine too!
