Webinar : The financial aspects of rural electrification projects with Piggott type turbines in Argentina

Esteban van Dam presented the third webinar in Spanish on The financial aspects of rural electrification projects with Piggott type turbines in Argentina.

This presentation includes:

  • Brief presentation of 500rpm and the projects delivered
  • Details of materials and costs of wind turbines 350W and 700W
  • Details of materials and installation costs (board and tower) of both turbines
  • Details of times and typical uses of both turbines
  • Cost comparison with common alternatives: solar, grid connection, generator
  • Potential low power wind in different areas of Argentina
