Here is the place where people are found that want to contribute their time and use of knowledge to the R&D program. The list with R&D members also reveals what kind of specialities they have that could be of use. There has been made a distinction between levels of contribution:

• Level 1: Willing to answer some specialised questions from time to time and participate in (Skype) meetings that shape the project descriptions in a early stage. (estimate a couple of hrs per month)
• Level 2: Willing to play a supervisor kind of role for ongoing projects (estimate 2 hrs per week)
• Level 3: Willing to setup pro-actively and take lead in projects (depends on projects)
